Last night we welcomed Katie as a new honorary member of Coalville Belvoir Rotary Club. Katie does lots for the club, including helping to organise Dave's Tractor Run. Katie also raises lots of money for charity and is the Charity Champion at Ibstock Brick.
Dave, who proposed Katie, first said a few words about Katie. Katie was then presented with a certificate and badge by President Simon.
Club members and partners had an enjoyable evening at the Donington Arms with good food and helpful service. We were joined by Katies's son and by Paul, our other honorary member. Also present were our Assistant Governor Malcolm and his wife Val, who kindly chose to spend their anniversary evening with us.
We look forward to Katie joining us at future meetings and events. Welcome Katie.
