Coalville Belvoir Rotary Club were able, with the help of some kind volunteers, to run two stalls at this event.
As normal, we had our stall with tombola, Hook a Duck and other games. This is always popular with children and adults alike. It's great to see new people as well as those we see more often.
We also ran a refreshments stall, offering hot drinks, water and snacks. This was very popular and provided a much needed rest as people walked round the many stalls and activities present.
Despite the warning of bad weather, we managed to have a great day with warm sunshine until.....
Just before the scheduled end of the event, the heavens opened and we got very wet while we hurriedly packed away our equipment and two gazebos.
But that didn't dampen our spirits and we look forward to doing it all again next year.
